We're searching for an IT Business Analyst, to participate to our journey in a big transformation program. Your daily responsibilities include Collaborate with the management team to define the needs and the details level of communication Understand & analyze the data on the different applications to be able to share a regular status and to have a view on KPI, SLA and so on Put in place tools to improve the reporting Prepare and share the reporting, with the gool level of details depending on the audience Collaborate with the teams on incidents, to understand where is the issue and to communicate / take the needed actions to improve our processes Support the teams in the processes respect Skills we can't do without Higher degree in IT, operational analysis or a related field Strong leadership & organizational skills Proactive and problem solving attitude Result oriented with a hands-on mindset Good written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to details and technicalities Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills Fluent in English Skills we'd like Previous role in operational analysis, or a related experience in those topics IT knowledge that permits to understand common IT technology and processes Grow with us, create tomorrow At Worldline, we are dedicated to helping our people unlock their full potential - both professionally and personally.
