Identify and understand the business recruitment needs   Identify the relevant channel to find the right candidates  Extend your personal network in your technology domain of recruitment, hunt and improve our visibility  Pre-Selection interviews and candidate presentation to the hiring manager  Close process follow-up in order to shorten the process  Negotiate packages and close the contract signature with candidates  Prepare onboarding process  Weekly reporting and analysis of your activity  Participate to projects (employer branding and process improvements)  You have previous experience in recruitment or IT business development  Dutch and French, English is a plus.   A business development mindset to create and maintain both internal and external network  Result oriented, assertive  Autonomous with team spirit  The opportunity to have a meaningful job where you can make a difference; The chance to continuously evolve as a professional, coupled with a variety of training opportuni...
