Maersk Supply Chain Management is looking for a highly motivated  Customer Experience Agent to join our fast growing LCL Benelux team. The  role offers a great opportunity to learn, develop and challenge  yourself in an international team. Key responsibilities • Manage overview of inbound and/or outbound LCL shipments, ensuring all necessary steps including booking, documentation, ETA tracking, release, customs, transportation are done in a timely fashion • Managing various updates in planning system, taking responsibility for the data integrity • Develop strong understanding of customer needs through building a close relationship • Identify areas of improvements and actively supporting the implementation of agreed improvements, products and systems • Maintain a commercial and cost-optimization focus, including involvement in financial operations • Respond to ad hoc situations and deliver best in class solutions We are looking for • A driven fast learner, with a positive attitude wh...
