Position descriptionJob titleJunior Advisor - Commercial Due Diligence FunctionAdvisory - Junior Advisor Roles yamp; Responsibilities Companies are increasingly looking for (in)organic growth or divestment opportunities to maintain their competitive edge and create shareholder value but encounter different bottlenecks to assess and explain the strategic fit and commercial attractiveness. Our approach helps companies to uncover the true value of their company or the target’s commercial potential underpinning the equity story.We advise in 3 stages of the deal:1. Pre-deal: Growth strategy, Business plan, Market attractiveness, Value creation potential2. Full-scope commercial due diligence: Analysis of market dynamics, competitive landscape, commercial performance and business plan assessment3. Closing support: Assessment of synergiesYou will be part of the BeNe Deal & Growth team that advises equity clients across industries and various countries in creating a clear understanding of the position of the seller, enabling buyers to make a well-informed purchasing decision and help them by providing insights and answers on how to position themselves in the market (‘where to play’) and assist them in what it takes to be successful (‘how to win’).The diversity in projects/clients/sector generates a challenging environment and constantly shifting workload. As our clients are located internationally and we continuously collaborate with the Dutch team, flexibility regarding your working location and travel time is required as traveling to the Netherlands can take up to 50% in the first year. Skills & Qualifications You have successfully obtained a Master degree in Applied Economics, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Sciences, or equivalent.In addition to a strong technical basis we are looking for people who:Communicate with impact (Native/Fluent Dutch or French and English);Like to work in a project based working environment;Are resistant to stress;Have great analytical capabilities and an innovative mindset;Take responsibility to deliver high quality service;Think strategically and work well-structured, yet flexible;Show interest in Strategy and M&A;Are eager to develop new skills and areas of expertise;Seek feedback, motivate others and are strong team players
