In order to achieve this goal, in a joint initiative by the Risk, Business, Finance departments, as well as the Chief Data Office, a transversal long-term programme was set up. Having a cross-functional and cross-border scope, this dynamic and fast-moving programme has a great impact within the bank and is extremely challenging to work in. Customer Advocacy team is responsible for the bank wide NPS Program. This program is strongly supported by the BNPPF Group and responds to the BNPPF Strategic Pillar ‘Customer obsessed’. We are looking for a hands-on Project manager, with experience in Customer Experience programs and quantitative market research to support the team in the bank wide NPS program. You are passionate about data and analytics: you are analytical and constantly looking for an explanation, you are concise & to the point. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team. Your colleagues will have a background in market research, data management, customer feedback management tools, project management (esp. customer experience), marketing & commercial network of the bank Your future internship: You will play a crucial role in the customer satisfaction & NPS surveys, from an operational efficiency point of view as well as delivering valuable client insights (analysis) and making recommendations for the business teams. Your key responsibilities are as follows Play a major role in managing the Net Promotor Score (NPS) surveys in the Medallia tool Data analysis in SPSS or equivalent tools and/or excel Text & verbatim analyse Handling, controlling, analysis and upload of files (mostly via Excel) Extract conclusions from the gathered data and translate them into recommendations (power point skills needed) Design (content and format), analysis and controlling of client selection files for new NPS surveys Programming of new surveys in the Medallia tool Testing of surveys : define test scenarios & carry out tests Handling of selection & survey data : prepare files for analysis, carry out simple statistical analysis (frequency tables, cross-tabulations …) in Excel Control the process for survey sending on a daily base Participate in Advocacy program tracks that translate survey insights into tangible action plans Act as contact person & interact with different parties : IT, software provider, other BNP Paribas (Fortis) departments, commercial teams Answer questions of the teams in the network, other departments regarding the NPS Program and help them proactively to work with the survey resultsWhat we are looking for: You can speak French en/or Dutch. English is mandatory.
