Work environment We are seeking a highly capable Junior HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Analyst to join our team within the HR Corporate department. As a team our objective is to provide actionable HR data at fingertips that contribute to the global performance of the company. This consists 2 key activities : * Defining the adequate HR data model & processes for the Tractebel BU within the (COMPANY NAME) Group environment, gather the data and ensure their consistency; * Make the gathered data available in the various forms needed by our stakeholders, whether it is reporting or data subsets. Mission As a junior HRIS Analyst you will have the following responsibilities:* Assess the Business Requirements, propose solutions and feasibility-analysis and translate them into clear Functional Specifications * Make the link between HR and the IS delivery teams * Participate actively in the implementation of the solutions, prepare test scenarios and help to deploy them * Support the change management process * Create supporting documentation & user guides * Provide trainings & functional support to local entities colleagues around the globe * Collect HR related data by various means, in coordination with the local entities * Perform consistency analysis on gathered HR data, run queries to present them is an adequate form * Develop self-service reports, implement dashboards and KPI * Monitor the quality of the data and implement corrective and governance actions; * Optimize HRIS processes and propose innovative solutions * Ensure compliance with the applicable data privacy and security rules * Share your knowledge with the Tractebel HR community and ensure a good team spirit. Profile * University degree (Business Engineer) or equivalent by experience * Strong appetence for data * Proven data processing expertise in both operational and BI environments * Experience with various data processing tools (Excel, PowerBI) * Experience with relational databases & SQL * Experience with SAP HCM PA & OM (PT & PY-BE are assets) * Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an asset * Strong analytical and problem solving skills * Customer, quality and result oriented * Hands-on, self-motivated and true team player * Willing to work in an international environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both technical and business contexts * Ideally fluent in English and French or Dutch * Previous work experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role is a plus Tractebel welcomes candidates from all backgrounds, and actively promotes Diversity in the workforce
