Then...we are ready to meet you!Job briefThe job of Junior Business Partner at SeekandCare is hybrid as it tackles 2 areas in new business opportunities:In a nutshell, this will be done by:being on-trade to meet, connect and develop relationships with potential customers (doctors, pharmacists, nurses,...).creating partnerships with healthcare suppliers willing to collaborate with us.To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns (inbound) and cold calling (outbound) and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.ResponsibilitiesYou manage the sales development for Brussels, Flanders and the Dutch market. Your clients are doctors, nurses, healthcare professionals;You manage the development of our new suppliers network and build strong relationship with them for a smooth workflow when it comes to supply findings for your customers;You help in the creation of a strong customer and supplier community;You use and grow your database to generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, and emailing but mainly by going onsite at the doctors' / pharmacies' offices ;You identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products and services from SeekandCare plateform;You build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities;Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and team executives when required;You report to the sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results;You work in collaboration with the Engineering team for the design of the website and improvement of the sales and suppliers processes;You adapt the sourcing of suppliers based on your customers' feedback;You follow-up on quotes, orders, invoicing.You have the passion and drive required for a sales job;(A nurse background is obviously an asset);Result driven;Mandatory Dutch and/or French;English = nice to have;Understanding of sales performance metrics;Excellent communication and negotiation skills;Ability to deliver engaging presentations.BenefitsA good salary package adapted to your skills and experience / studies;A flexible working hours environment with remote options;A unique chance to be at the start of something big;A chance to work for a disruptive company willing to change status quo of the healthcare purchase industry.Sounds like something you’d like to be a part of?
