Cheers to dreaming big.The Role:As a Supply Management Trainee, you will cover the entire supply chain from farm to fridge - it's where we combine growth, service and cost to give us a competitive advantage.You will be based in our breweries or logistics operations, where you will have hands-on experience in producing the beers, we are famous for, learning first-hand both the technical and practical challenges that affect different departments, including Logistics, Quality, Packaging, Brewery Operations and People - so we can make positive changes to the way we brew and produce beer, source the ingredients, and deliver to our customers effectively and efficiently.The 6-month programme is designed to build your leadership, project and general management skills, and you will have opportunities to help improve the way we work. Starting your induction with all trainees across Europe, you will get a deep dive in all the processes of our breweries early on in the programme. You will get the opportunity to work on 3 different projects, each ranging between 4-6 weeks, held in different breweries and/or logistics operations within the country you are applying for, which will give you a 360° view on our Supply Chain. In between your projects, you will be exposed to many training opportunities which will develop you further and set you up for a successful career!Who are we looking for:We believe that a world with more cheers means equality across the business. You also need to be fluent in the native language of the country you wish to work in, and English, to be eligible for this programme.You should graduate (before September 2023 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree from any of the following disciplines: Engineering (ideally Chemical, Mechanical, Production or Electrical), Natural Sciences (e.g. Physics, Chemistry, Bio-Sciences), Brewing or Food Science or Supply Chain Studies. You should also have no more than 2 years of professional experience (internships/volunteers/student jobs not included).You will need to be fluent in English, as well as the native language of the country you are applying in.Please note you will need a valid visa/work permit to be eligible for the programme in the country you are applying for.Please be advised that you will only be considered for the first application you submit, therefore please make sure you are completely happy with your choice as this decision is final.We are building a team that's more supportive, more inclusive and more collaborative.
