Stage : Community Manager Intern

We address a large range of customers such as cities,real estate companies, institutions and insurance companies.Our wish is to reduce global consumption of distributed water by 30% and reduceassociated collateral damage. Our goal is to develop the use of our technology and service tosave 100 billion liters of water worldwide by 2022. To achieve such a goal, we need the supportof our community. As a community manager intern, you’ll be the voice of the company and willrepresent Shayp in the purpose of growing its community.Community ManagerAs Shayp’s community manager, you will be the link between our company and itsaudience. You’ll represent the company towards followers, customers and future customers.You’ll work with our content creator and communication manager to design a clearcommunication strategy, and apply it.Internship responsibilities- Manage the different Shayp’s accounts on social media (mainly Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and Quora) as well as personal accounts of our co-founders- Be proactive: Implement and propose new social media campaigns and strategies to achieve our objectives in every platform- Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts- Deliver excellent quality posts, we want to make a real impact- Monitor Shayp’s reputation responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner and promoting reviews and feedback from our happy customers.- Regular Analysis: Monitor and report performance of our different accounts- Researching to keep an up-to-date knowledge of the industry, trends and competitors- Be proactive in building a community and boost brand awareness not only inside our profiles but also in external groups / forums / communities.- Reporting to Marketing Manager and coordinating with Communication team to ensure brand consistency- Previous experience as a community manager is highly appreciated- Graphic design skills are appreciated (but not required)- Ability to identify and interpret relevant community & website metrics and KPIs- Excellent writing communication skills in English and French- Attention to detail and ability to multitask- You are currently enrolled/graduated in a master in communication or related field
