The Academy is a premier training program focused on developing and inspiring talent considering a career in pharmaceutical research and development. You can help advance our medicines in development at Janssen.C- SP provides analytical programming solutions that enable early and effective decisions. The role within C- SP plans, designs, and develops statistical programs in support of clinical research analysis and reporting activities. C- SP collaborates with biostatistics and other departments to achieve project goals.How you can make a difference: Apply your knowledge of data structures and programming languages (eg, SAS, R, and Python) to the analysis and reporting of our clinical trial data. Profiel Responsibilities and duties:Develops basic knowledge and experience of the role of Clinical and Statistical Programming in the drug development process and the related processes, concepts, techniques and approaches adopted through training, coaching and engaging in activities relevant to the function.Under close, qualified supervision that ensures quality and compliance, may;Develop applications in R/R Shiny/Python, Python- Dash to facilitate data visualization review of operational resource management and/or clinical, biomarker data etc.Connect with analysis and reporting teams to determine commonly used figures (e.g. bar charts, box and whisker plots, etc.) and develop a standard set of R graph template programs for use by these teamsPopulate a knowledge base for all enterprise applications with SME inputBuilding automation testing scripts for applicationsEnhancements to industry standard compliance reports in PythonPerforms activities in accordance with departmental processes and procedures as appropriate.Ensures continued compliance with required company and departmental training, time reporting, and other business/operational processes as required relative to activities. May contribute to departmental innovation and process improvement projects or exploratory research projects relevant to the function.Qualifications:Education:Enrolled in a qualified, relevant bachelor's degree program or higher.
