Junior HR Business Partner

Join our team as a Junior HR Business Partner BEL-Saintes We are looking for a high potential Junior HR Business Partner (BP) who potentially will have the opportunity to develop in time into an allround HR Manager. The present Senior HR Manager has taken the decision to step back and started working 50%. She will focus on reporting, audits, contract management etc. and will become the Key User of our HR Information system. There’s also an HR assistant part of the team. Her role will remain unchanged. As HR BP you will be responsible for a broad spectrum of topics, be the first contact point for managers and employees, lead the recruitment process in the Benelux, C&B needs, education and training etc. You will collaborate closely with the HR team in Belgium and the HR Manager Benelux. You will also participate to the development of global topics and projects. You are customer centric, flexible and equipped with a broad range of up-to-date HR knowledge and are eager to quickly deep dive into various topics. This, full-time role is a great opportunity for a passionate HR professional; ready for a second career step and willing to invest, develop her- himself as HR BP in an international environment. You will report to the HR Manager Benelux. The position is based in Saintes (Tubize), Belgium. Key tasks: • Support all kind of individual employment related cases in a timely manner • Challenge the status quo and come with ideas to improve the business related team • Be responsible for HR communication, HR reporting, payroll and education/training • Keep up to date with employment law developments • Recruiting for the Benelux organization • Collaborate closely with the HR Manager Benelux and with Global HR to ensure adequate services to our internal customers. Be involved in- and responsible for the roll out of projects (including preparation and execution of workshops/webinars). Job requirements: To make this position a success, we are looking for someone who has at least a Bachelor degree in HR and in between 3-5 years of relevant work experience; ideally in a multinational environment.Excellent French, Dutch and English language skills required, written and verbal. Characteristics of successful employee: Positive, can-do and pro-active attitude, quick adapter to change and willingness to go the extra mile. Able to build effective internal and external stakeholder relationships. Understand customer needs and the sense of urgency, take ownership to ensure solutions, make things happen and deliver high quality results on time. Structured and accurate, attention to details. Highly computer literate, experienced in Excel and in working with HR Information Systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
