<div>Job Description<br/><br/><p><strong>What will you do?</strong></p><p>“<em>Be part of the journey to grow our team to a 50 people office!</em>”</p><p>Our office is looking for his/her <strong>first recruiter to contribute to double the number of our teammates</strong> within 2 years.</p><p>As the <strong>recruiter of the Belgian office</strong>, you will:</p><p>/    <strong>Manage the entire recruitment process for both young and experienced talents</strong></p><p>In concrete terms, you will proactively identify innovative and efficient practices and be autonomous in the entire sourcing process (hunting on social networks like LinkedIn, steering recruitment agencies, leveraging employees’ referrals or other relevant actions). You will conduct interviews, support the management team evaluating and selecting the right candidates and ensure the quality of the candidate experience. You will accompany the candidates with a personalized approach through regular feedback, steer the decision-making process until the employment contracts are closed and ensure the best arrival of our newcomers.</p><p>/    <strong>Manage schools’ relationships </strong></p><p>You are responsible for implementing the recruitment strategy for students and young graduates. You will work with the universities and the consultants to define the best actions to set up (courses, conferences, etc.). You will be in constant contact with the field, and as a Wavestone’s ambassador, organize actions on campus such as jobfairs.</p><p>/    <strong>Support HR</strong><strong> </strong><strong>administrative activities</strong> (payroll, management of our recruitment tools, etc.) in collaboration with our Office Manager.</p><p>For all these activities, you will be part of Wavestone Paris’ recruitment team and therefore benefit from their knowledge and expertise. In this way, your role may evolve towards more responsibility in terms of human resources.</p><br>Qualifications<br/><br/><p><strong>Who are we looking for?</strong></p><p>·       A graduated with a m<strong>aster’s degree</strong> in human resources or management</p><p>·       An <strong>enthusiastic personality</strong> and strong interpersonal skills (beliefs, clarity, active listening & open-mindedness)</p><p>·       You demonstrate a <strong>results orientation</strong>, a sense of <strong>teamwork</strong> and are recognized as <strong>dynamic</strong>, <strong>agile</strong> in managing your time and priorities</p><p>·       A taste for <strong>entrepreneurship</strong> and <strong>innovation, </strong>making you interested in developing the Belgian office by thinking out of the box</p><p>Fluency in <strong>English</strong>, <strong>French</strong> and <strong>Dutch</strong></p><br/><br/>Additional Information<br/><br/><p><strong>A few words about our values</strong></p><p>Wavestone is an equal opportunities employer.
