Junior Bid ManagerYou facilitate the offer development process from start to finish ;You produce the tendering plan and establish the tendering team, which typically includes representation from the company's financial, legal, sales and procurement departments ; You work closely with sales managers to estimate project costs and track completion of written assignments ; You organize bid distribution logistics, including the management approval process ; You oversee the offer development process to provide high-quality bids on time and in an organized fashion.First professional experienced in a B2B environment, Knowledge of bid or project management is a plus;Methodical and able to treat several problems autonomously; Assertive and committed to quality; Customer minded , sense of responsibility and self-starter, Can do attitude; Excellent team worker; Flexible and fast learner; Excellent communication skills; Fluent in French with good command of English and Dutch.
