Thanks to our strong growth, we are looking for a talent to join our organisation as a Junior Business Manager. You will be responsible for sales development, recruitment and negotiations. Description Sales Development: Identify, monitor and close new business opportunities through intensive identification of new customers. Closing deals on the basis of a service contract, fixed price or time and materials, with particular attention to margin. Manage the sales process, from marketing to writing the offer and reporting. Recruitment: Screening candidates, identifying potential candidates through research on job boards and advertisements, contact networking, recommendation, Calling potential candidates to assess their suitability for the position. Conducting interviews and selection Conclude the hiring Communicate and report regularly on activity at all levels. Management: Manage your team of consultants Support their professional development (annual review, training, ...) Follow up your own P&S Skills Level of study: BAC+3 or equivalent experience Experience in B2B sales and/or recruitment Interest in NTIC Sales mindset Negotiation and persuasion skills. Microsoft Office communication skills Languages French C2 English B2 : mandatory Dutch: strong asset Offer We believe in junior profile and their development.
