Junior Advisor - Financial Due Diligence (Immediate or September 2023)
As part of KPMG Deals, you'll be likely to perform the following tasks: *Participate in financial due diligence assignments in context of buy- and sell-side M&A transactions, servicing both corporate and private equity clients. *Analyse and present financial information ( Income, Balance sheet and Cash flow statements), as well as underlying key performance drivers. *Assess key valuation metrics used to bridge Enterprise and Equity value by analysing underlying EBITDA, working capital requirements and net (financial) debt *Provide insight on other (non-)financial risks and opportunities specific to the business and relevant to consider in a transaction context *Collaborate with other due diligence workstreams ( Tax, Legal, HR, IT, Environmental) *Work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to work on cross-border projectsA great opportunity for you is that the range of clients, as well as the multidisciplinary projects you will work on, offer continuous challenges. Furthermore you will be in frequent contact with clients - requiring travel to multiple client sites on a national and sometimes international basis. In addition, if you are looking to get CFA certified later on, KPMG will refund the costs and provide study leave. Skills & Qualifications *You will soon hold a Master in Applied economic sciences, Business engineering or equivalent. *A first experience or traineeship in a relevant domain is considered a plus. *Knowledgeable in Corporate finance aspects, accompanied with strong accounting skills Proficient in MS Office and keen to work with data analytic tools ( Power Query) *Team-oriented with the ability to take ownership and work independently *Excellent bilingual speaking and writing skills (English and Dutch / French) We offer At KPMG, we truly believe our people are the heartbeat to our success.
