In the acceleration of our development, we are looking for a Junior Payment Solutions & Services bid manager (F/M) that will coordinate and support Worldline's sales and presales organization in RFx processes by preparing compelling and authentic responses and managing bid activities for complex opportunities, either single or multi-country, leveraging a broad portfolio of best in class solutions. We are impatient to meet you.What will you be doing ?Collaborate with our sales, presales and product teams to ensure Worldline is in the best position to secure new business and win more deals by providing technical, functional and commercial guidance on products and solutions.Coordinate bid management and bid processes by managing the delivery of the Worldline offer and ensuring it responds to the customer needs and is compliant with our strategy and capabilities.Leverage our bid management internal process and ensure all contributors are aligned in order to secure approval of the final proposalSupport our sales teams from the prospection and pre sales phase till the closing phase for key deals including the preparation and attendance to customer orals with the bid team.What will you be responsible for ?Manage end to end bid processQualify technically and functionally new opportunities, propose the best solutions, for both strategicl and technical point of views, in order to meet our clients’ needs. Orchestrate the end to end bid process with help and support of multiple internal actors across the company and deliver quality offers on schedule.Make sure the bid process is followed in accordance with corporate guidelines and best practices. Ensure the proposal meets the customer’s requirements, differentiates Worldline and satisfies our internal requirements. Manage the internal stakeholders ecosystemOrganize Win-Loss Workshops as appropriate to the bid and ensures that findings are acknowledged and handed over to the appropriate organisations for actionEnsure timely and proper preparation of our internal bid approval reviews process.
