Together, we make more possible everyday! About the role We are seeking an Facility assistant/student to assist our Facility Manager and will play an important role within the Retail Excellence Team. You will assist the person responsible for the facilities management of our shop portfolio and the coordination - with specialized external contractors - of new shop openings and renovations. The key accountabilities of the Facility Assistant are: You assist the facility management and the maintenance of our hearing centers across Belgium/Luxemburg and the Head Quarters in Groot- Bijgaarden. You assist to manage the facility budget, both in terms of investments & expenses You assist to manage the facility suppliers in terms of operational execution to ensure their optimization (cost reduction, service improvement...) and guarantee an excellent service to the internal stakeholders (stores) Facility management and maintenance include but is not limited to: plumbery, heating, airconditioning, camera surveillance, glass breaking, electricity pan, … You will assist to coordinate new store openings and refurbishments. You will assist to coordinate - in close collaboration with a real estate agency – the contract management related to the negotiation of new rental contracts and the renewal of existing rental contracts in order to optimize the existing store portfolio. You will assist to manage the Fleet for your colleagues at HQ in close collaboration with the HR department You contribute actively to continuous improvement projects in the scope of your activities The key capabilities for this role Bachelor's Degree , preferably in the area of Facility Management Service & customer minded attitude Strong communicative, analyzing and negotiation skills Entrepreneurial, hands-on, with problem solving skills Fighting spirit, Grinta Teamwork attitude, ability in working and achieving results through others Perfect knowledge of Dutch or French and English Be willing to travel in Belux to visit our stores Our offer The possibility to transform people lives by empowering them to rediscover the emotions of sound.
