You are responsible of the commercial follow-up and the development of the existing client portfolio. Thanks to your market knowledge, you are able to source and develop new business opportunities. You act like a mentor and a real advisor for your clients. You are responsible to target potential occupiers and organise active prospection campaigns; to negotiate and prepare leases and sales on behalf of your clients. You will be active in multiple regions in Belgium. Your profileThe ideal candidate has at least a bachelor's or master's degree with a first experience in sales. You possess strong persuasion and negotiation skills. You are a team player, but you are also able to work in an autonomous manner. People often qualify you as a problem solver and you shine by your initiative spirit. Finally, your French is excellent and your Dutch is good. Your new companyOur client is a real estate company who owns and operate 28 center locations across the Netherlands, Belgium and France – combining leisure, entertainment, health & beauty and food & drink with more traditional retail.
