Cheers to dreaming big.The Role:Our Global Management Trainee Programme is the first step to a global career.You will collaborate and network with other trainees and colleagues from around the world; leading individual and group transformational projects that add real value to the business. You will receive frequent feedback, exposure to leadership and be working with the brightest talents to learn and achieve great results in a team full of owners.On top of the projects, you will have numerous fantastic learning and development opportunities through structured trainings, networking events & mentorships. You will learnabout how our entire business works - from supply, logistics, sales, commercial, through to information and business services. You should also have no more than 2 years of professional experience (internships/volunteers/student jobs not included).You will need to be fluent in English, as well as the native language of the country you are applying in.
