AS a SEA Officer you are the performance master behind our PPC campaigns and you help shape our acquisition strategy. You're at the center of the company's development. You combine a focus on acquisition with an eye for general growth and profitability. Your clear and precise follow-up of results creates valuable input & insights for other departments. You spot opportunities to automate tasks from miles away, so the team can get to work on the real important stuff. You lead projects and specific areas of overall search (country, channel…). * In collaboration with a Team of SEA officers, defining paid media strategy and develop roadmaps. * Analyzing and optimizing existing paid media channels and testing campaigns. * Budgeting, forecasting, planning, optimization and reporting the campaigns. * Developing and sharing best practices and guidelines to permeate digital marketing knowledge across the organization. Profile / Requirements:* Data driven degree (statistics, mathematics, … or equivalent) * Knowledge of Google analytics; * Passionate about following developments in the digital marketing landscape; * Experience in managing several projects & accounts simultaneously; * You can look at things from a business perspective, and you have a data-driven growth mindset; * Strong communication skills are essential to convey new digital evolutions within the organization.Others: - Good English (oral and written) communication skills;- Good team player;- Eager to learn ;- Open-minded;- Well organized
