Job description The traineeship includes some people-related tasks & sales-related tasks :Search and interview of candidates ;Development of your own client portfolio ;Retention of those clients across the years ;Management of the whole recruitment cycle ; Advises to your clients about the market reality. Profile You speak Dutch ;You're the owner of a Bachelor or Master's degree ; You're looking for a first experience in which you'll learn and develop yourself ;You're people-oriented, empathetic, and curious ;You like challenge and you're hands-on ;You have sales affinities.
