Job description The scope of responsibilities for this job as Junior Financial Controller includes: Prepare and analyze feasibility, cashflow reports of in-pipeline and on-going development projects ;Prepare and follow up rental reports of the Group's student housings, residential buildings, office buildings ;Follow up loan agreements, terms, payments with banks ;Prepare ad-hoc reports when required ;Support CFO in strategic matters and consolidated reports ;Highlight potential improvements when needed ;Act as a counterpart to external stakeholders such as the board of directors, shareholders, banks, business partners, investors ;Closely cooperate with other internal teams (e.g., finance, operations, development), e.g., on transactions, hotel operations or in project development.Robert Half BV processes the data from applicants that is required to carry out the application process. Profile The requested qualifications for this job as Junior Financial Controller include: You have a Bachelor's or a Master's Degree in Finance ;You are fluent in English and French. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset ;You have at least a first experience in a similar position ;You have a good knowledge of MS Office ;You are dynamic, open-minded and eager to learn.
