TALENT BASED OUTSOURCING Job description: Creation and maintenance of material master data, MRP data, equipment and spare part lists, Analyzing stocks and resupply in preparation/consolidation of an outage, Doc management for all spare parts related documents (drawings, reports,…), Creation and follow-up of purchase orders, Organizing incoming inspections for new/repaired parts, Contact with different stakeholders in preparation and consolidation of projects, Preparation/consolidation of outages: gathering parts, quality and quantity checks, Organizing transports, Set up of temporary warehouses and inventory for outages onsite, Follow-up of all dossiers for main processes purchasing, resupply and refurbishments, Responsible for all management of the capital parts (history, SAP movements, location management and identification, part flows), Inventory of critical parts, Close cooperation and synergy with the Lo...
