Our International client is looking for a Customer Service Manager (FMCG) . The position is based in Brussels and reports hierarchically to the Benelux Managing Director and functionally to the Regional Customer Service Senior Manager Western Europe based in France. Manage the order to delivery process in the 4 channels Modern Trade/Retail, Food Service, Ethnic Channel / Distributors and Discount and 3 markets with particular focus on new listings, promotions, product availability issues   Work closely with all the functions within the Region as well as with the 4 sourcing countries (Italy, France, Sweden & Germany)  Day by day management of  local logistic service provider serving Belgium & Netherlands markets   Secure customer and product master data management, Manage customer logistics claims and related credit / debit notes working closely with Credit Management unit Prepare and analyse sales forecast in collaboration with the Market functions with scope, detail, horizon and fr...
