The Customer Care department is responsible for day to day customers’ requests, browsing from administrative, commercial, accounting and technical topics. Its main goal is simple: customer’s satisfaction. It provides product/service information to the customer and helps resolving problems related to a product/service. This department is essential in order to maintain ongoing client relationships and satisfaction. Therefore, it is important to make sure that its members are well trained. Answering and helping the customer by phone and e-mail Managing the complaints from external entities (suppliers, police, ethic committee, PXS…) Creating new accounts and establishing new customer’s policies and procedures Establishing a correct and updated database in order to invoice properly (migration) Proceeding to “portation” (White labels, agents, residential…) Making sure that the processes established together with IT are respected and optimal (build a knowledge base) Making sure that close ...
